Liberty "Libby" Cole
A troubled kid with a knack for machines. |
Liberty has been part of New Jersey's foster system since she was 11 years old. During that time, she's made many contacts (few of whom she'd actually consider friends) and also picked up a drug habit that got her kicked out of the one home she actually liked.
It was in that home that her foster dad, a mechanic by trade, started showing her how cars worked — both of them were surprised when she exhibited a definite knack for the work. She learned most of what she knows by hanging around the garage and getting the mechanics to show her what they were doing.
After she was busted for drug possession, she was taken from the foster family and stuck into an institution for troubled kids in the system. There she remained until the day she turned 18. Now free for the first time in her life, she's split from Jersey, figuring the scene has to be better in New York.
